“ This place was fine. I was staying at the hotel across the street, the weather was miserable, and I just wanted some take-out food. I ordered a reuben, sub turkey, and it was really good. Hot, fresh, flavorful. One of the better sandwiches I've had. But it took forever to order. Apparently only the person working the host desk at the door can place a take-out order or retrieve it when it's ready. I had to stand there super, super awkwardly, twice, while everyone else was helped around me and barely acknowledged me. It was just really slow and really awkward. But the food was (just barely) worth it. ”

“ The food was amazing. I got the Jr's deluxe and it was so good. For my side I got the tater tots and they were hot and fresh. Nice and welcoming here! The workers are so kind and the lady with beautiful tattoos was so kind to my family and helpful since we didn't know what to get. 10/10 food! ”

“ Always a great experience here! The decor is so cute and it feels very cozy. The servers are attentive and check on you frequently, and the most important part; the food is always so good! My favorite is the turkey sandwich though. We love coming here for a little family dinner as a treat. ”

“ The Reuben hit the spot and it was right by our hotel so walking over was super convenient! I had an IPA and it was so-so but the service at the bar was nice and welcoming! Seems like the employees have fun and work well together. It was late so unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the great view of the river outside. ”

“ We had the fish and chips which weren't cooked that well. The breading was doughy on the inside. We wouldn't get fish and chips again. That said, everyone else's food looked and seemed to be done well. Great location. We sat outside next to the river and enjoyed it. ”

“ Im bummed out every year my hubby and I come to north bank for the rubys birthday because I love love the ruby Royale and look forward to enjoying it . We ordered our food which the Ruben was delicious we shared it . The waitress was great and energetic. Of course the decor is so cozy and unique like they all are and after we were done I wanted to take a 4pack of ruby Royale home once again something I look forward to ONCE a year and waitress came back and said they didn't get any ?? Whhhaatt?? It's rubys 38th birthday and they didn't plan ahead and make sure they ordered it . She said wouldn't be there until Tuesday I was very disappointed This is why we came in so hope I Get a response back on this situation. Seems like poor management . We will Be back but once a year it's Rubys birthday wouldn't you plan ahead? And make sure you have the special ruby Royale? I would of understood if they ran out but they just didn't have it that's the part that I would do a 0 star I'm still do a 4 star because it's my favorite beer and sandwich was really good just very disappointed about not having ruby Royale. ”
